BGC is a web-based communications solution used for sending payment information direct to and from customer accounts ledgers to your own accounts package. The services is ideal for all businesses that send and receive payment information from Bankgirot, regardless of company size.
Bankgiro Link is based on the same secure technology used for sending online returns to the Inland Revenue (Skatteverket) here in Sweden. Authorisation is checked at individual level, and the files encrypted. Operational security is high since it can be integrated with your own accounts system.
Bankgiro Link offers status information about the files you send and receive. The service supports all bankgiro services. What is more, it is simple to add or remove the services you wish to use via Bankgiro Link.
As well as internet access, you will need an accounts/commercial system that will support Bankgiro Link. Consult our software guide (“Programtorget”) to find out which software packages and companies support the service.
Contact your bank to sign the Bankgiro Link agreement. Your bank you will then tell you which form of e-identification will best suit your needs.
