When you develop new software, you should ensure that it works with Bankgirot’s payment services. Bankgirot Software Support is there to help you.
What can I test?
You can test all of Bankgirot’s electronic payment services:
- Supplier Payments and Leverantörsbetalningar Utland (Cross-Border Supplier Payments)
- Salaries
- Direct Debit
- Bankgiro Receivables
- Payment Services OCR
How does it work?
Software Support can carry out two types of test: “test drive” and “manual check”. The differences are shown in the table below:
|
Test drive |
Manual check |
| What does it involve? |
- You send a test file to Software Support.
- Software Support runs the file in Bankgirot’s test environment.
- After the test drive, you receive the test result from Software Support.
|
- You send a test file to Software Support.
- Software Support checks the content of the test file and compares this against the record and file descriptions for the service in question.
- Software Support informs you of any errors or deviations in the test file.
|
| Can electronic review be tested for the service? |
Yes – mention that you would like a review file when you send the test file to us. |
No, as this is only a manual check so no review is created. |
| Do the sender bankgiro number and customer number need to be included in the test file? |
If your company has a bankgiro number and a customer number, you can use them.
If you do not have a bankgiro number or customer number, let Software Support know when you send the test tile. They will “lend” you a customer number and bankgiro number for the test.
|
No. |
| Which days do you carry out the test? |
- Supplier Payments and Cross-Border Supplier Payments are tested daily.
- Salaries are tested daily.
- Autogiro is tested on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
